LSA Human Resources is seeking well-qualified applicants to join their Human Resource Transaction Team as an HR Employment Records and Operations Specialist. Join seven other passionate HR professionals on a cohesive, collaborative team that delivers operational excellence to faculty, staff, and students on a day-to-day basis. Each team member is assigned specific units for which they will provide dedicated HR support, including processing PARs (Personnel Action Requests or HR Transactions), new hire paperwork, and eRecruit (applicant management system) processing. All team members report to the LSA HR Transaction Team Supervisor.
