Repair Center Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing mechanical, hardware, and software issues with medical devices using standard procedures.
- Repairing and testing products to ensure full functionality and safety.
- Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and preventative servicing on a wide range of devices.
- Following clearly defined procedures and work instructions for each step in the repair and inspection process.
- Documenting all repair and service activities to maintain traceability and meet regulatory standards.
- Using judgment in straightforward scenarios to determine repair requirements or escalate when necessary.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace compliant with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure repair goals and turnaround times are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or similar hands-on technical environment.
- Ability to read and follow standard work instructions, SOPs, and safety documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience in a medical device, electronics repair, or precision assembly environment.
- Familiarity with GMP or ISO regulated processes.
- Technical training or certification in electronics, mechanical repair, or related field.
