- Manage and process all aspects of the in-house certified union payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all uniion employees.
- Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Responsible for all year-end payroll processing and generation of payroll tax forms.
- Ensure compliance with all the union, federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws.
- Manage all union monthly payments , payroll audits, and union compliance.
- Resolve any poayroll discrepencies or issues, providing excellent customer service to all employees. Assist AR Dept with the processing of Contracts, Change Orders, OCIP/CCIP and customer payments.
- Must have payroll administration and in-house Payroll processing skills.
- Associates Degree in Accounting , experience with commercial construction union payroll experience. Account Recievables processes and IT are a plus.
- Software experience with (Microsoft Suite, Excel, Sage 300.
