- Build from SOP/prints/work instructions
- Demonstrate proficiency with tools and materials
- Pay attention to details both while building and using computer
- 3 years hands on assembly, installation or servide of plumbing, HVAC and or electrical
- Ability to read and intrepet blueprints, schematics, SOPS
- Proficient with shop hand and power tools
- Route wiring harnesses and make electrical and gas connections on water heater assemblies.
- Perform quality checks
- Identify and report any defects
- Test assembled water heaters for leaks.
