- Support sales process through spreadsheet creation and folow up with agents.
- Work with team to determine hot cases
- Track and follow up and progress
- Follow up with prospect agents
- Close deals
- Become a Health/Life Agent Licensed
- Learn all aspects of (quoting, new business, ben admin, customer service)
- Shadow other agents
- Develop, rehearsed, and master sales presentations
- Call on 12 agents (per week)
- Report biweekly on progress with agent visits and marketing.(Written report. )
- Help with marketing plans, efforts, ideas-bring in new ideas to the table to help grow the business.
- Support quoting , new business efforts as they grow, be willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to write the business.
- Represent : medical, ancillary, and ben admin. _
