Responsible to develop, record, and edit audio or video content that can be utilized on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) social media channels. Produce audio or video content that is educational and engaging to support BCBSMs brand. * Produce informative podcasts, long and short-form audio or video content to support organizational goals by exploring various wellbeing and business-related topics. * Develop concepts and content to generate outlines and talking points for on-air hosts and guest speakers. * Coordinate on-air guest schedules, development timelines and studio availability for audio or video production. * Serve as in-studio and on-site production support for audio and video equipment and recording. * Edit and produce audio and video content is multiple formats needed to publish content across a variety of channels. * Upload audio or video content to social media channels or download sources. * Develop and oversee the creation of promotional material to include in e-mail communications, blog posts, audio scripts, social media and recaps, etc. * Analyze and increase downloads, demographics, engagements and subscribers to audio or video content across channels. "Qualifications" * Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. * Three (3) years of experience with on-air talent in a professionally-recorded audio or video program, developing, recording, editing and producing long and short-form content or other related experience is required. * Previous experience with content creation for social channels to include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube is required. * Advanced verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders to organize audio or video recordings. * Ability to professionally interact with on-air hosts and guest speakers, while on-air recording and off-air. * Working knowledge of audio file formats for uploads of content to social media channels for podcasts, audio snippets, and promotional pieces. * Ability to problem-solve and resolve audio or video issues while listening for audio and watching video that may require removal or rework during recording. * Proficient with audio or video editing programs, recording and studio equipment. * Ability to educate and influence stakeholders through audio or video content and programming. * Proficient with podcast hosting platforms. * Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently while meeting deadlines.
