INTERNSHIP FORMAT
Remote: The format for this internship will be remote, meaning the intern will work virtually. Relocation and housing will not be provided. Remote work must be completed at a location based in the United States. Interns who live in the Metro-Detroit area are welcome to work out of the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan within the New Era of Agility suites, but this is not mandatory.
INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
When: The internship program will run from May 19 - August 8, 2025.
Where: All internships are in the United States. Even remote work assignments must be completed within the United States.
Transportation: Interns are responsible for getting to and from work daily. Stellantis does not provide transportation to interns.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
The B2B (Fleet) Sales internship experience introduces how we build, market, distribute and sell vehicles to our fleet accounts in the commercial, government and rental channels. You will have exposure to multiple headquarters departments within sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain and be given assignments and projects that directly support our Sales senior management team. Typical workload may include extensive competitive analysis, creation of marketing & advertising materials, digital campaigns, incentive cost evaluation, competitive comparisons, as well as exposure to daily departmental tasks such as national reporting and communications. Teams you could be assigned to work with include: Commercial Fleet Management, Market Requirements, Rental Sales, Commercial Sales, Fleet Business Relations and Operations, Fleet Logistics and/or Fleet Marketing.
Sales interns are not just observers but a true extension of our headquarters team. Our goal is to prepare you for an eventual full-time entry-level Field Sales position within one of our nine Stellantis field offices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Majoring Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related field.
Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025
GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications with extensive spreadsheet experience
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
Retail and/or dealership job experience
Strong interest in the automotive industry
