Starting Salary Range: $113,246. - $140,425.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager position is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of project within the expected scope, time and quality expectations. This position effectively manages the coordination and communications of a project as it relates to the scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, procurement, and stakeholders.
Essential Functions:
- Effectively manages the coordination and communications of a project as it relates to the scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, procurement, and stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project related issues, with particular emphasis on those that may affect the scope, schedule, and/or budget and devise contingency plans.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Expected to comply with all BWL policies and work rules.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
