To be successful in this role you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of related experience in general shop and/or building maintenance is preferred with experience of carpentry, compressors and motors.
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs as required.
- A valid Michigan Driver's License.
- Own hand tools as necessary to perform the assigned work

Force Required: Occasional to frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
