Job Summary
Develops and implements organizational changes meant to promote quality and efficiency improvements.
Job Duties
Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvements
Establish key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluate current state and propose future state goals and objectives
Oversee implementation of process changes and track progress towards efficiency or quality goals
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Education
Perform work with a high degree of latitude
Handle the most complex issues
Possess expert knowledge of subject matter
Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to subordinate group
Typically require a bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience
May require Lean, Six Sigma or related certification
