Job Responsibilities:
Daily Order Billing, Customer Invoicing, Freight and Supply Recovery
Attention to account requirements and special situations; the ability to get results for customers.
Handle exceptions, substitutions, allocations, and other special problems.
Maintain knowledge of and utilize vendor portals
Gather and provide information as requested to customers, sales and management team.
Work cooperatively with other associates; be a Team player. Offer assistance when requested/required.
Provide assistance with shipment issues; billing issues, order tracking/proof of delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Enter and maintain customer sales orders into OTC distribution software system.
Communicate any order issues with appropriate departments.
Perform all tasks assigned by the Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.
Experience and knowledge of industrial Distribution preffered.
Excellent customer relation and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Detail oriented,including accurate data entry skills
Capable of working independently, as well as a team member
High level office computer skills required. Microsoft Office knowledge a must.
Interact with co-workers with a positive attitude to maintain a friendly and productive work environment
