Legal Processing Services Support Analyst
The Legal Processing Services (LPS) Support Analyst will be part of the processing team and role will be to perform clerical and non-clerical tasks assigned to the retrieval of documents requested pursuant to subpoena requests. This role will retrieve records by accessing Comerica's systems and document repositories; it will review the records for completeness, as well as research any missing items. This role additional responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, reviewing and routing department e-mails, processing incoming payments and function as a back-up in logging cases into the department case management system.

Position Responsibilities:
Review and interpret requirements for the request, including working with employee responsible for the subpoena case.
Review data collected to ensure completeness.
Access various systems and repositories to collect requested records.
Work with supervisors and become familiar with areas within the bank to research missing or incomplete information or documents.
Assist with reviewing the output from the automated search facility for the bi-weekly 314(a) process.
Prepare, maintain and organize departmental files to ensure completeness and accuracy of production records for third party legal services.
Prepare and process incoming payments, refunds, and check returns.
Answer phone and review and route department emails.
Log cases into the department case management system as a back up.
Additional tasks as assigned by management.
Position Qualifications:
Associates degree from an accredited college
2 years of experience researching and analyzing documents
2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
