Service existing accounts and secure orders through effective daily planning and calls on existing sales sites.
Collaborate with Customer and Agiliti Digital Solutions to ensure Agiliti products are included in customer EMR pick lists, enhancing EMR ordering functionality.
Emphasize upselling in existing accounts and target listed new accounts, identifying new opportunities guided by colleagues and superiors.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Assist in equipment delivery and setup for excellent customer service.
Customize sales presentations and in-service content to align with the responsibilities and functions of facility representatives.
Keep management informed through timely submission of activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
4-year degree preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Initiative-driven self-starter and quick learner of new products and solutions.
Effective communication skills.
Proficient in using databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate the ability to grow, develop, and advance professionally in knowledge and skill set.
