Internship Overview: As a summer intern, you will have the chance to contribute to key manufacturing areas such as Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Application Process, Quality, Lean, Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, and more. Your role will involve:
Supporting a variety of manufacturing processes and departments.
Creating standard work instructions for daily processes and procedures.
Inputting data into databases and conducting research.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Performing audits and interacting with personnel at all levels, including senior management.
Adhering to safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
Who Should Apply:
Actively pursuing or recently graduated with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Eager to learn with a proactive mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of meeting deadlines and following directions.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
General vision, clear speech, and hand/finger dexterity.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and with occasional environmental factors like dirt and dust.
