The Compliance Coordinator supports the college’s compliance program and initiatives to fully meet applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in addition to College policies and procedures. This position assists with the overall coordination of the department, which includes but not limited to: supervising department staff in the absence of the Director; preparation and completion of regulatory and compliance documents and reports; leading project management activities campus-wide; leading the development and implementation of technological process improvements; and training. The Coordinator position will ensure the steady workflow of all project aspects, such as development, planning, oversight, and reporting for the Office of Compliance. The position requires interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across all departments of the institution. All work is performed in accordance with policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
