Under the direction of the Foundation Director, the Foundation Lead Support position participates in all areas of the Foundation including day-to-day office functions. The Lead Support is responsible for the categorization and recording of all donations and solicitation activity of the Foundation. Responsibilities include providing all clerical support for the Foundation which includes: supporting operations and program fund expenditures, billings, requisitions, processing check requests, processing of payments, and bank deposits.
The Lead Support will provide support for Foundation Committees which includes: scheduling and staffing meetings, planning and executing events, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. May require some weekend and/or evening hours.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
