Coordinate the office-wide needs of the Financial Aid Office by providing direction and expert knowledge to ensure efficient operation of the office. Assist with administration of financial aid to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations governing federal, state, institutional, and private aid. Assist the Associate Director of Financial Aid with the Return of Title IV Funds process, Consumer Information and Disclosures, and the development of training material. Collaborate with financial aid staff and external departments to provide effective communication to students. Maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, ethics, confidentiality, accuracy in judgment, and independent decision making.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
