Position Summary
The MicroTechnology Laboratory at Michigan State University is looking for a research associate, postdoctoral researcher, who can lead and fruitfully contribute to our research on antenna circuit design for highly integrated wireless biosensing systems. The candidate is expected to design and implement next-generation, miniaturized antennas and RF circuit technologies for detecting biological events (e.g. biomolecules, pressures, etc).
Required Degree
Doctorate -Sensor, RF antennas, and circuits
Minimum Requirements
- To qualify, the candidate should hold a PhD degree in the area of electrical engineering, microwave electronics, engineering physics, wireless communication engineering, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience within the antenna engineering field with a background in electronics, or an extensive circuit design experience with a background in antennas is desired.
- The project is in collaboration with other researchers and industry and thus excellent cooperation and social abilities are highly important.
- Good communication skills in English are required as English is the primary language in our laboratory.
