Registered Nurse (RN) – Bronson at Home (Home Health) – Full-Time Days
Location: Bronson at Home Schedule: First Shift, Full Time (40 hours/week)
Overview
Bronson at Home is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. This role delivers nursing services based on a physician-ordered plan of care and supports patients and families throughout their care journey. RNs work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the Home Health Clinical Services Manager and interdisciplinary team.
What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care according to physician-prescribed plans and Medicare guidelines.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.

Delegate appropriate tasks to patient care assistants and support staff.

Deliver hands-on nursing care based on patient needs and acuity.
-
Document each visit, including patient responses and ongoing needs.
-
Communicate effectively to support continuity of care.
-
Demonstrate competency in caring for the populations served.
Qualifications

Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.

Active RN license in good standing with the State of Michigan required.
-
BLS certification required.
-
Two years of recent continuous acute care experience preferred.
Driving Requirements

Regular use of a personal vehicle for work-related duties.

Valid Michigan driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.

Successful MVR check required prior to start date.

Ongoing responsibility to maintain and update proof of insurance.
