CVS Pharmacy is seeking motivated and customer-focused Operations Managers to join our team in the Grand Rapids area. As an operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting daily store operations, developing colleagues, and delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and achieving business goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop store colleagues to build a strong and engaged team.
- Assist with scheduling, workload planning, and delegation of daily tasks.
- Support inventory management, including receiving deliveries, stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with merchandising, promotional execution, and maintaining store standards.
- Monitor store performance and help identify opportunities to improve sales, customer service, and operational results.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Serve as a leader on duty and provide directions to the team when the Store Manager is not present.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to perform physical activities including standing for extended periods, lifting, and moving merchandise.
