CVS Pharmacy is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Service Associates to join our team. Retail Service Associates play a key role in creating a welcoming customer experience while supporting daily store operations and helping keep the store organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
- Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions.
- Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and keep shelves organized.
- Receive and put away merchandise and help maintain accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining front store and checkout areas.
- Address customer concerns and seek assistance from leadership when needed.
- Work as part of a team to complete daily store tasks and deliver positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, positive, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
