What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment
- Provide compassionate nursing care in behavioral health settings
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning
- Monitor patient safety and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
- Serve as a clinical leader by supporting and guiding direct care staff
- Deliver person-centered, recovery-focused care
- Uphold Pine Rest's mission, values, and standards of excellence
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience is a plus
Schedule
- Onsite position
- 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift opportunities available
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available
- May require weekend and holiday availability
