About the Opportunity
Pine Rest is seeking Child & Adolescent Clinical Therapists to join our growing outpatient team. Opportunities are available at all Pine Rest outpatient clinic locations, providing therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
In addition to child and adolescent services, Pine Rest offers opportunities across the organization serving a variety of patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and substance use populations.
We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) opportunities based on clinic and community needs.
What You'll Do
- Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, families, and community resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Advocate for patients and connect families with appropriate resources
- Provide culturally responsive, person-centered care
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Current Michigan licensure or limited licensure in one of the following:
- Social Work (LLMSW/LMSW)
- Professional Counseling (LLPC/LPC)
- Psychology (Limited License Psychologist or Licensed Psychologist)
- Ability to obtain and maintain certifications appropriate to treatment provided
- Experience and training working with children and adolescents
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
- Training in evidence-based treatment modalities
