Position Summary
Housekeepers play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that our guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Clean and refresh guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds and replace linens and towels.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Restock guest room amenities and supplies.
- Clean hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety issues to management.
- Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness procedures.
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
