Job description:
We are looking for a motivated, personable, and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and finding insurance solutions that fit their needs, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional service to new and existing clients
- Quote and sell personal, commercial, life, and/or health insurance products
- Review current policies and identify coverage needs
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and claims
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records
- Meet agency sales and service goals
- Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Comfortable using computers and insurance agency software
