Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay: Up to $19.31/hour
Are you a recent automotive graduate or aspiring technician looking to build your experience in vehicle quality, diagnostics, and repair? We are seeking a Quality Vehicle Technician to support inspection, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair activities within a professional automotive fleet environment. This role provides valuable hands-on experience while working alongside skilled technicians in a fast-paced automotive setting.
Responsibilities
Assist with vehicle inspections, quality evaluations, maintenance, and repair activities
Perform basic automotive services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery inspections, and fluid checks
Support vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting under supervision
Identify and report vehicle quality concerns and repair findings
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and PPE
Participate in ongoing technical training and development
Qualifications
Recent automotive program graduate or current automotive student preferred
Basic knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to learn quickly in a hands-on environment
Valid driver's license required
Basic personal toolbox required
Work Environment
Stellantis internal fleet diagnostics and repair facility
Automotive shop environment requiring adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements
