Are you an Electrical Engineer with Controls experience looking to support cutting-edge automotive manufacturing launches? Join a dynamic engineering team responsible for bringing new vehicle, powertrain, and battery programs to life. This opportunity offers hands-on involvement with advanced manufacturing systems, tooling implementation, process improvements, and production launches.
Job Duties
Support new product launches for automotive assembly and component manufacturing operations
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, tooling plans, and production layouts
Collaborate with engineering, product development, logistics, and supplier teams
Lead tooling installation, startup, commissioning, and launch support activities
Identify and resolve manufacturing, assembly, machining, and tooling issues
Conduct 3D CAD reviews and analyze manufacturing feasibility for new designs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
Document lessons learned and implement corrective actions for future programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
Automotive manufacturing engineering experience required
Controls and electrical engineering experience strongly preferred
Experience with automotive assembly, machining, tooling, or production facilities
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and 3D CAD systems
Ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, including support in the Sharonville, OH and Kentucky areas
