Job Duties
Design, develop, and implement technical training and learning solutions
Conduct needs assessments and performance analyses to identify training opportunities
Create instructional materials, evaluations, and learning content that support business objectives
Develop instructor-led, virtual, written, graphic, and video-based training resources
Collaborate closely with skilled trades subject matter experts (SMEs) and management teams
Research industry best practices and apply effective instructional design methodologies
Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
Education Requirements
Completion of an Instructional Design or related Certification Program
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of instructional design and training development experience in a corporate environment
Extensive experience conducting needs assessments and consulting with business stakeholders
Experience creating virtual, written, graphic, and video-based learning solutions preferred
