Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the ice and turf arenas.
- Operate the Zamboni, and other ice making equipment, monitoring ice quality
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and properly maintained
- Ensure an enjoyable environment for skaters, hockey organizations, figure skating clubs, and the general public
- Open and close the facility as required.
Customer Service
- Maintain positive relationships with user groups, leagues, schools, and community organizations.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently walk, stand, bend, lift, and climb stairs.
- Work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
Working Conditions
- Seasonal work from October to April,
- Weekends (Sat & Sun), holidays, evenings
- Part Time Hours vary
