We are seeking applicants for Full and part-time
Retail Customer Service Associates.

As a Customer Service Associate, your duties will consist of:

• Customer Care: Greet guests, answer product inquiries, and resolve issues with a welcoming attitude.
• Point of Sale: Process retail transactions, cash handling, and product returns accurately.
• Merchandising: Restock store shelves, organize inventory, and maintain clean merchandise displays.
• Help maintain plants and greenhouse areas with watering and other needs.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must possess reliable mathematical skills for managing cash registers.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
