Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading commercial technology integration organization, is seeking a skilled Project Manager. This role is responsible for leading commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Job Duties:
- Own commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through final completion
- Lead project kickoff meetings and establish project execution plans
- Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Installation teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage installation schedules, equipment procurement, and delivery timelines
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Monitor multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Visit project sites to verify progress, support installation teams, and ensure successful project execution
Skills Required:
- Previous project management experience within the commercial AV integration industry
- Strong understanding of commercial AV systems and integration projects
- Knowledge of how AV systems interact with construction trades and job site activities
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in varying stages of execution
- Experience coordinating purchasing, installation scheduling, subcontractors, and equipment logistics
- Proficiency with project scheduling, documentation, and project management software
- Previous hands-on experience as a Commercial AV Installation Technician
- Experience managing 20–30 active projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of commercial construction project workflows
- Experience coordinating field teams and installation managers
