Now Hiring: Housekeepers and Front Desk Staff

Location: Brimley, Michigan

Willabee's Motel is looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring Housekeepers, Front Desk Staff, and individuals interested in a combination role that includes both housekeeping and front desk responsibilities.

Housekeeper Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms
• Change linens and make beds
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms and common areas
• Restock towels, toiletries, and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns and room issues
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property
• Other duties as assigned

Front Desk Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Check guests in and out
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Respond to guest questions and requests
• Provide information about local attractions and services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills preferred for front desk duties
• Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment
