Position Summary
The Pasty Oven is seeking a reliable and hardworking Potato Processor / Production Team Member to support our production operations. This position plays an important role in preparing fresh ingredients while ensuring quality, food safety, and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Peel, slice, and prepare approximately six buckets of potatoes daily.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Follow USDA regulations and company food safety procedures.
- Assist with production activities as needed to support daily operations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
