The Student Success Coordinator will provide college-wide leadership and direction for all student success and engagement programming. The starting salary for this position will be $54,017. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and will bring initiative, creativity, and ability to connect with prospective students and parents as well as the capacity to develop good rapport with faculty, staff, and students, and enjoy working with diverse populations. The coordinator determines the needs of the ACES Center, managing a comprehensive program of academic support, tutoring, and learning assistance services to increase retention and overall student
success.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
- Background in student services in higher education or similar educational setting.
- Demonstrated experience in admissions, financial aid, and/or academic advising.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience and understanding of academic advising processes and procedures. This experience should be within a collegiate environment.
- Experience managing and organizing student engagement programs.
