Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading automotive technology organization, is seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional digital initiatives, managing project delivery across multiple workstreams, and serving as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Job Duties:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, campaigns, and technology initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and agency partners, providing proactive project updates and managing expectations
- Translate business requirements into actionable Agile user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira and other project management tools
- Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and distribute action items to ensure accountability
- Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness activities, and production launch support across technical teams
- Partner with quality assurance teams to validate deliverables and support successful product releases
- Identify process improvement opportunities that streamline workflows and improve project delivery efficiency
Skills Required:
- 3–5 years of project management experience within digital delivery, or a software development environment
- Must have worked in the automotive industry
- Experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven experience creating user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting sprint planning activities
- Experience using project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally
- Experience supporting digital marketing, eCommerce, or promotional campaign delivery
- Knowledge of content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience coordinating email marketing production, QA processes, and deployment schedules
- Familiarity with digital pricing platforms, promotional applications, or customer-facing web technologies
- Experience working within automotive, OEM, or agency delivery environments
