Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a technology-driven organization, is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist. This role is responsible for resolving escalated technical support issues, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and networking environments, and maintaining efficient ticket management processes.

Job Duties

• Receive and manage escalated tickets from Level 1 Help Desk agents
• Investigate technical issues involving user access, Microsoft 365, connectivity, endpoint devices, and system configurations
• Monitor ticket queues within ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, and related infrastructure components
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 3 or specialized IT teams with diagnostic findings and documentation
• Maintain ticket documentation throughout the incident lifecycle
• Support Level 1 Help Desk staff with troubleshooting guidance and escalation support

Skills & Experience

Required

• 2–4 years of experience in help desk, desktop support, or technical support environments
• Windows 11 support experience
• Networking troubleshooting experience
• VoIP or telephone systems support experience
• Level 2 escalation support experience
• Active Directory and Azure AD administration experience
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform experience
• Microsoft 365 support experience

Desired

• Microsoft Intune experience
• Jamf MDM exposure
• Azure cloud environment support experience
• Experience supporting enterprise hardware, software, and cloud-based systems
