All Weather Seal of West Michigan is hiring motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing outbound call center. This is NOT a cold-calling position. You'll speak with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services, helping qualify leads and schedule appointments for our in-home sales team.

What You'll Do
As a Call Center Representative, you'll help connect homeowners with our home improvement specialists by scheduling qualified appointments.
Responsibilities include:
- Contact homeowners who have previously requested information about our services
- Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Accurately document customer conversations in our CRM
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced call center environment
What We're Looking For

- Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Basic computer skills
- Coachable and eager to learn

- Ability to work evening and/or weekend shifts
