Duties include picking fruit with care to avoid bruising, tying and training trees, recognizing tree disease, and using harnesses, buckets, or bags for harvesting. Additional tasks include pruning, thinning, weeding, staking, removing old trees, maintaining tools and equipment, and performing building and grounds upkeep such as cleaning, repairing fences, removing debris, and basic facility cleaning. Workers may also operate forklifts and assist with transporting other workers.

Work schedule: Generally, 38 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but are not required.
