Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
Prior administrative or financial services experience preferred
Job Duties:
Provide administrative support to multiple advisor teams
Prepare, edit, and review confidential client correspondence
Scan, organize, and archive documents across systems
Assist with travel expense reporting and billing allocation
Process time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments
Support various administrative and operational projects
