1st Shift 6:00am – 2:00pm – Monday – Friday

2nd Shift 2:00pm – 10:00pm – Monday – Friday

3rd Shift 10:00pm – 6:00am – Sunday – Thursday

Weekend work may be required!
?? Key Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality automotive components.
Press Operation:
Assembly:
-
Operating assembly line equipment, loading, assembling, and welding parts using established processes.
Quality Control:
?? Qualifications Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Skills:
-
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and processes.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify sheet metal/aluminum defects.

General knowledge of quality systems is a plus. Basic computer skills (ERP system knowledge is a plus).

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.

Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Ability to perform occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift.
