Hours: Train on 1^st shift --> work on 3^rd shift

Job Type: Contract to Direct; full-time with potential for overtime

Pay Rate: $24-$27/hr

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Machine Repair Maintenance Tech for a well-established Manufacturing Facility in Goodrich, MI. This is a contract position with the opportunity to go direct based on job performance, attendance, attitude, etc. Training is on 1^st shift for about 2-3 weeks, then the position will move to 3^rd shift hours.

Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned
