Position Overview:
Stateline Chevrolet GMC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs while delivering a positive and professional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing or leasing options
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with potential and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with integrity
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license required
