The Review Table Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating and managing design review meetings across multiple functional areas within a technical or engineering environment.

9-80 Work Schedule (This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.)

Position Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in a coordination, facilitation, or project management role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Proficiency in scheduling tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook)
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and escalate issues
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule design review table meetings across several functional areas
Track and manage reviewer participation and timing
Assign priorities to issues and action items arising from reviews
Maintain accurate records of review outcomes and follow-up actions
Elevate unresolved or critical issues to appropriate leadership or decision-makers
Foster a collaborative and productive review environment
Other Requirements:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project needs
Strong attention to detail
Develop and improve quality metrics to measure the Review Table deliverables.
Must be willing and able to work in a Team based environment.
Must be familiar with Creo, NX, Vis-Mock-Up and Teamcenter.
Ability to work overtime.
Basic understanding of drafting design is a plus.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Must be familiar with Microsoft (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
