The ideal candidate will handle everything from financial tracking to client relations, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Procurement: * Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
- Order and process purchase orders efficiently.
- HR Support: Handle and coordinate employee health insurance benefits and documentation. Process employee applications and files.
- Communications: * Answer incoming phone calls with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage daily clerical tasks and written/verbal correspondence with customers.
- Data Management: Execute precise and efficient data entry tasks.

- Proficiency with standard office software. QuickBooks experience is a major plus.
