Manual duties include loading seed into planters, removing unwanted plants or debris from fields, performing general maintenance and repairs on buildings, sheds, pivot points, and farm machinery, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Workers must lift heavy items as required, adapt to changing daily tasks based on weather and crop conditions, and have or be able to obtain a driver’s license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy and 2 months of prior farm experience are required. The employer may offer pay increases or bonuses at their discretion.

Work schedule: Generally, 50 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but are not required.
