About the Global Advanced Supply Risk Management Team:
The Global Advanced Supply Delivery Risk Management (GDRM) team strengthens Stellantis' global supply chain by identifying emerging risks, developing predictive insights, and enabling proactive mitigation strategies. The team partners closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and leadership to ensure continuity across a complex global supplier network.
Position Summary:
The Analyst will support the development of data-driven risk insights by leveraging analytics tools, automation, and emerging technologies. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical aptitude who are eager to apply artificial intelligence, Power BI, and automated data solutions to accelerate reporting, improve data quality, and enhance early detection of supply base risks.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Analyze supplier performance, capacity, and geopolitical exposure using internal systems and external data sources
Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to visualize risk indicators, track trends, and improve speed-to-report
Support the development and application of AI-enabled tools, scripts, or models to automate data collection, cleansing, and risk scoring
Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and system optimization
Contribute to early-warning systems that detect emerging supplier risks before they impact production
Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership and internal stakeholders
Assist in crisis response activities by gathering data, validating information, and supporting mitigation planning
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and digital tool enhancement

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
3 + years of experience or coursework in Power BI, Python, SQL, R, or similar analytical tools
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate complex systems quickly
Interest in applying AI, machine learning concepts, or automation to real-world business problems
Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong communication skills and comfort working across functions and time zones
Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to innovate within supply chain risk management
