Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operators (Haul Truck Drivers)
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $22.30/hr. with 13% monthly bonus based on performance and attendance
Available Shifts As A Heavy Equipment Operator:
- Mid Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM (Mon-Fri)
- Night Shift: 8 PM – 6 AM (Thurs-Mon)

- Load, haul, and unload materials efficiently
- Perform basic maintenance like greasing, fluid checks, and changing screens/guards
- Assist maintenance crew with repairs

- Complete accurate production paperwork
Requirements – How To Be A Successful Heavy Equipment Operator:
- 2+ years heavy equipment experience (haul trucks, loaders, skid steers)
- Underground mining experience is a plus
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong safety focus, following all MSHA regulations
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED preferred
- Dependable with solid attendance
- Pass pre-employment physical exam and drug test
- Comfortable working underground in all temperatures
- Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures daily
