Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Stryker Engineering to include the following:
Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis, cost impact, and identification of risks and opportunities
Prepare monthly forecasts of orders, sales, earnings, and cash
Prepare annual operating plan
Consolidate and report financial information
Earned Value Management
Perform Contracts in Process (CIP) analysis
Support internal and external financial deliverables
Assist in preparation and review of cost proposals
Support program team by supplying financial information, analysis, and recommendations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred
Detail oriented, strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel analysis skills
Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, Cobra preferred
