Your Tasks
Participate in a structured, full-time development program to transition into accredited thirdparty sustainability and social compliance auditing
Conduct supervised audits in accordance with recognized schemes such as RBA, APSCA (CSCA pathway), and SMETA
Evaluate supply chain operations against labor, human rights, environmental, health, and safety requirements
Assess management systems related to ethical sourcing, responsible business conduct, and compliance
Document audit findings accurately and professionally in line with certification body and scheme requirements
Build and maintain audit logs required for scheme approval and future independent auditing
Progress through training, observation, and witness audits toward independent auditor qualification
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, social sciences, industrial relations, or a related discipline
5-15+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Social compliance or ethical sourcing
Environmental, health, safety, or labor compliance
Responsible sourcing or supply chain compliance
Manufacturing compliance or corporate sustainability
Internal, secondparty, or supplier social compliance auditing
Strong knowledge of labor standards, human rights due diligence, EHS, and environmental compliance within manufacturing or supply chain environments
Experience interacting with or assessing compliance against frameworks such as RBA, SMETA, WRAP, ICTI, SA8000, or comparable standards
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Based in the United States with authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
Experience conducting audits (internal, supplier, secondparty, or certification audits)
Prior exposure to certification bodies or thirdparty audit environments
Familiarity with APSCA auditor pathways or social auditing qualification requirements
Experience working across multisite or global supply chains

Additional Information
The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $90,000 - 100,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
This role is intended for professionals who already meet, or are close to meeting, eligibility requirements for RBA and/or APSCA auditor approval
Candidates without relevant industry and compliance experience cannot be considered
Typical travel requirement is approximately 70%, primarily within the United States with occasional international travel
The role involves regular on-site audits in manufacturing and supply chain environments
This position is not designed for entry-level candidates or for already fully independent freelance auditors
