Greenhouse Lead Qualifications

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively in one-on-one interactions with employees or in a small group setting.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to use basic Microsoft Offices programs and operate a handheld scanner.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or listen.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
